A fast checkout on a tablet or phone: scan, weigh, take payment, print.
Supermarket checkout & management
Every till, every store, one place.
Scan, weigh and issue the receipt at the till. Set prices and promotions, receive goods and count stock from the back office. If a store loses its internet connection, the till keeps selling.
The cashier, the store manager, the buyer and the owner each get their own screen, and each sees only their own stores.
A fast checkout on a tablet or phone: scan, weigh, take payment, print.
Receiving, stock counts, transfers and a clear view of the day, shift by shift.
Prices, promotions, suppliers and orders for every store from one catalogue.
Sales, fiscal status and who changed what, across all stores.
Built for the touchscreen and for the barcode scanner. The same price is calculated at the till and on the server, so a receipt never disagrees with the back office.
Several barcodes per product. Scale labels carry the weight or the price inside the code, and the till reads them correctly. Unknown or blocked items are refused with a clear message.
VAT at 6, 13 and 24%, sent through your e-invoicing provider (Simply first). A document number is never used twice, even when the provider answers late.
The payment is recorded before the terminal starts. If the terminal does not answer, the till does not guess: it waits for a supervisor instead of charging again or switching to cash.
Refunds, voids after payment and price changes above policy ask for a supervisor PIN and a reason. Every approval is logged.
Payment, receipt, printing and accounting are tracked separately. A sale is complete when the payment is confirmed and the receipt is issued; a slow printer never blocks the next customer.
Set things up once at head office. Each store gets the part that belongs to it.
Different prices for different stores, with history and the date each price takes effect.
Offer rules you can test before you publish them. The result is the same at the till and on the server.
Print shelf-edge labels in batches, straight from the prices you have published.
Check deliveries against the order, record lot numbers and best-before dates, and see what is about to expire.
Count with a handheld in the aisle. Record waste and see where the difference comes from.
Move stock from one store to another and track it until it arrives.
Create orders per store, follow them to delivery and match them with what was received.
A statistical model suggests how much to order per product and store, and it is checked against past data. You make the decision.
Each user sees only their own store. Changes are recorded: who, what and when.
Each till holds the catalogue, prices and promotions locally. A bad connection stops being a reason to stop a queue.
Products, prices and promotions come from the package stored on the device.
Within a limit you set, the till sells for cash and issues the receipt as soon as the connection returns. Above the limit it asks for a supervisor.
When the store is back online, sales are sent once, in order, with nothing counted twice.
These need a live answer to be safe. Points earned during an outage are applied once when the connection returns.
The same catalogue and prices power the screens your shoppers use.
A kiosk for shoppers, with a supervisor console for the staff member who looks after several stations.
Shoppers scan with their phone while they walk the aisles and pay at the exit.
A store map that shows where a product is on the shelf.
These screens are being piloted. Talk to us before you plan a rollout.
Every outside system sits behind its own adapter, so a provider can change without touching the till.
Receipts and credit notes sent through a certified provider. Simply is first.
Card payments through the terminals your stores already have.
Points and member discounts at the till.
Thermal receipt printers, scales, cash drawers and customer displays.
On Android tablets and phones. It is built on SmartCashier, which is already used in Greek shops, and it can use a Windows helper for printers, scales and cash drawers.
